The Kamala Hills Apartments

The Kamala Hills Apartments are currently under construction with a number of completed units fully furnished and ready for long-term rent. The managing agent, Phuket Island Property Services (PIPS), is offering preferential rates for clients wishing to take advantage of this prime property until November 2005.

This is a low level residential apartment complex comprising 45 professionally designed 2 or 3- bedroom apartments. The units are selectively located in 7 blocks of 3 stories each around a communal pool complex with landscaped gardens making full advantage of privacy and forested mountain views. Located in Kamala, this once small fishing village is quickly gaining ground as one of Phuket’s premium residential and holiday property locations.

The apartments are designed to be modern, light and airy with open plan kitchen/ dining/ living areas. The kitchens are equipped with oven, hob and extractor fans and finished in marble or granite. All apartments are 110 square meters in size irrespective of the number of bedrooms. Master bedrooms are ensuite with shower.

The homes have been decorated to a high standard and include a minimum of Satellite TV, and CD/DVD/VCD facilities. Air conditioning is standard throughout but large sliding doors and patios overlooking the pool allow for a fresh air option.
